Job Description
As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will work with merchants and cosmetic shops to help them grow their business with the company. You will manage a group of about 60-80 merchants, supporting them in increasing their sales and staying engaged with our products.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good with numbers and calculations; able to understand and track revenue and sales performance.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving merchant issues.
- Capable of managing multiple merchants and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
