Job Description
Responsible for on-site architectural matters, collaborating with contractors and other personnel to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings. Conducts regular inspections and quality checks to maintain architectural design integrity.
Requirements
- Act as the on-site point of contact for all architectural matters
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and other on-site personnel to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of architectural drawings
- Supervise the construction process to ensure that architectural elements are executed according to design specifications and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the integrity of the architectural design
- Interpret and communicate design intent to construction teams
- Address any design related issues that may arise during the construction phase and work closely with architects to find solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of architectural modifications and construction progress
- Prepare report and documentations for design variations and charge orders
- Work closely with other disciplines such as MEP and structural engineers to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with other systems
- Identify and address on site challenges related to architectural elements promptly
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to find practical solutions to issues that may arise during construction
