Product Manager

Product Manager role in Dubai responsible for managing payments services, payment gateways, and UPI transactions, with a focus on customer experience and product strategy.

Requirements

• 6-9 years experience in Payment and Fintech product management
• Experience of product management on the client side is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of payment gateways, new-age fintech solutions and understanding of payment alliances ecosystem
• Experience in integration with payment gateways and understanding the technical integration details
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience translating customer needs into product and engineering requirements and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience of working with UI UX design teams to deliver best-in-class payment design
• Multi-task and multi-stakeholder management skills
• Strong consumer insight capability and curiosity on payment trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
