Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of contracts law and regulations
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus
