Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs specifically for logistics professionals.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
