Laboratory Manager (ICP, XRF, Commodities)

This Laboratory Manager position is seeking someone to oversee the operations of a laboratory specializing in precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management, with a focus on precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis.
• Strong knowledge and experience in operating ICP and XRF instruments.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of quality management systems and laboratory accreditation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience in precious metals industry is a plus
