Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager will manage, monitor, and evaluate accounting activities, establish robust financial systems, and provide tax advisory support. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with external auditors. The position requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset and experience in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Office applications and ERP system (Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
