Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing MNC
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
