Director/a de Producción

We are selecting a Production Director for an independent advertising agency with experience in managing international projects. The selected person will lead, coordinate and optimize the production of advertising campaigns and projects, ensuring efficiency, meeting deadlines, creative quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the advertising, audiovisual or creative project production field
• Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum C1 level of English
• Solid organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Negotiation, effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of project management, budget and supplier tools
• Strategic and operational orientation, with initiative and global vision
