Agile coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead teams in transitioning to Agile methodologies. The role involves providing coaching, facilitating workshops, and helping teams overcome obstacles in implementing Agile practices. The goal is to improve processes, boost productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching
• Proven track record of successfully coaching teams through Agile transformations
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist) is a plus
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage conflict effectively
• Experience with Agile metrics and reporting preferred
• Relevant experience in industry domains like IT, software development, or consultancy
