Job Description
TalentWorx is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development of a data intelligence platform linking datasets from diverse sources. The role involves product strategy, execution, and collaboration with engineering and data experts to bring scalable data workflows to life. It requires a hands-on approach with a focus on product-market fit and user experience.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and MLOps
- Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI projects
- Hands-on experience driving adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
- Experience building or managing data-heavy products
- Expertise in Python and related NLP libraries
- Experience with Apache Spark or other distributed computing frameworks
- Solid understanding of the Machine Learning model lifecycle
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML models
- Docker & Kubernetes experience
- Version control system experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
