Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
