Requirements

• Define AI roadmap, choose tooling, establish best practices.
• Architect, develop, and deploy ML and GenAI pipelines.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists.
• Hands-on experience with large language models.
• Expert proficiency in Python and NumPy/Pandas/scikit-learn/PyTorch/TensorFlow/Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end GenAI/NLP projects into production.
