PMO Lead

The PMO Lead is responsible for enhancing clients’ competitive position and performance through innovative and sustainable projects. This role involves leading a team of PMOs, managing project scope and resources, and ensuring successful project delivery. Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Requirements

• Execute project management activities in all phases.
• Prepare and manage project plans.
• Lead a team of 6-8 PMOs.
• Manage project scope, resources and schedule.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience driving projects across all phases.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Waterfall projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence/ADO.
• Project Management certification preferred (PMP/PRINCE 2).
• Excellent communication skills.
