Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support clients in enhancing their Agile processes and project delivery. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and removing impediments, while monitoring performance metrics and collaborating with stakeholders. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role (8-10 years)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and associated tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
