The Technical Program Manager will plan, organize, and drive programs and initiatives. They will develop business cases, define governance models, guide solution development, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure on-time delivery. This role involves stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and monitoring progress across all phases.
Requirements
- Develop Business Case and chart benefits
- Define Governance model and Reporting framework
- Oversee and guide Solution development
- Guide the team in Estimation
- Develop Program Charter, Program Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan, Communication Plan, RAID log, Change Management Plan
- Conduct / Facilitate workshops for gathering required inputs from various client stakeholders
- Review technical documents
- Manage and control Scope, Budget and Schedule
- Handle escalations and conflicts within the team
- Monitor and Report progress
- Manage Financials to ensure Operational excellence
- Ensure all required documentation is prepared and signed off
- Independently drive programs across all phases
