This is a full-time, on-site position for a Windows Server Admin with Patching experience. The role involves troubleshooting Windows servers, managing large-scale production support, and maintaining knowledge of the patch management process. Responsibilities include team collaboration, customer communication, and proactive risk mitigation. Knowledge of patching, monitoring, and configuration of Windows servers is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in managing the complete lifecycle of Enterprise Patch Management and Patching Operations in Data Centre Services.
- Experience in Windows Platform with 2016/2012/2008 operating systems.
- Strong understanding on the Patch Management Process and Patching Operations of Windows Servers.
- Good understanding on ITIL Process.
- Experience in OS Hardening, performance and OS tuning.
- Fair knowledge and working experience in SCVMM-2012/2016
- Experience and hands on experience on Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting Hyper-V infra.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Remote support management.
- Vendor Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL Process.
- Strong Knowledge on Monitoring tools like MOM, SCOM.
