Workday Reports (BIRT, PRISM, Adaptive) - Consultant

This position requires a Workday Consultant to deliver reports within Workday, integrating them with other systems, resolving integration issues, and providing production support. The ideal candidate will have strong integration experience, Cloud connectors, and experience with advanced Workday features. It's a full-time hybrid position in Bangalore, India.

Requirements

• Workday Certified
• 4+ years’ Workday HCM experience
• Functional Workday Integration Certification
• Experience with Cloud connectors, Core connectors, Reports, EIB, DT, WD Studios, Web Services, custom fields, advanced reports, BIRT, XML, XSLT
• Knowledge of Payroll Integrations (PECI/PICOF) and middleware integrations with Workday
• Understanding of Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG
• Experience with incident resolution and support
• Migration experience (I-Loads/I-Load helper)
• Building Advance, Matrix, Composite, BIRT reports
• Understanding of HCM and FIN modules (preferred)
