Account Manager to independently manage Tier 1 merchants within the payments direction, combining onboarding, operational coordination, client management, and partnership development.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Payments / Fintech / PSP / iGaming
- Experience managing clients independently
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure
- Experience handling high client load
- Experience with SLA and escalation processes
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Jira / Redmine / Confluence
- Russian - native, English - B2+
