Requirements

• 3+ years working on ML / Applied AI / LLM projects
• Leadership experience as a Tech Lead / ML Lead / Team Lead
• Deep expertise in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector search
• Ukrainian/Russian language
