Job Description
We're looking for a Growth Associate to join our rapidly scaling SaaS startup in the EV infrastructure space. The role involves generating top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, creative campaigns, and direct engagement with decision-makers.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or growth-related role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills across written and verbal formats
- Confident and persistent cold-caller
- Highly motivated and financially driven with a bias toward action
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to develop into a full-cycle AE or GTM position
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, in-person startup environment with high visibility
Benefits
- $70,000 base salary
- $100,000–$110,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
