Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Supervisor to lead daily machining operations within a well-established manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on CNC or manufacturing leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience, and strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and machine operation.
Requirements
- Supervise day-to-day CNC operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety targets are consistently met.
- Oversee programming, setup, and machining processes; troubleshoot fabrication and equipment issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain training programs to strengthen technical skills and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with production scheduling and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and drive process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, material movement, and departmental metrics.
- Provide hands-on leadership focused on developing talent and promoting continuous learning.
