Job Description
Baker Civil Works is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful execution of civil construction and excavation projects.
Requirements
- Manage civil construction projects from handoff through completion.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Track project budgets, costs, and forecasts at the project level.
- Identify potential risks, conflicts, or hindrances impacting project performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, site-specific safety plans, and regulatory requirements.
