We are hiring a Chief Executive Officer to lead our high-performing iGaming platform provider through its next stage of growth. The CEO will be responsible for scaling the platform, expanding geographically, and reinforcing a product-first culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in iGaming, with B2B platform exposure strongly preferred.
- Product driven mindset, with genuine interest in product development and innovation.
- Technical fluency, able to operate credibly in discussions with software, IT, and development teams.
- Strong analytical capability and a track record of data led decision making.
- Hands on leadership style, comfortable going deep into product and operational details when required.
- Experience leading a scale up environment, typically 30 to 200 employees, through rapid growth.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
