Venture Capital Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Venture Capital Lawyer to join our team. The role involves managing deal flow and supporting the full investment lifecycle, overseeing all legal aspects of venture capital transactions, and ensuring each deal is structured efficiently, compliant across jurisdictions, and aligned with the firm’s commercial goals.

Requirements

• A European or preferably Maltese Law Degree
• Demonstrated experience in early-stage venture capital transactions
• Hands-on experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating venture capital investment documentation
• Fluency in Business English and Legal English
• Excellent communication skills
