Talkdesk is pioneering Customer Experience Automation (CXA) and is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their Web Team. The role involves championing the company's brand, leading UX/UI initiatives, and creating design systems and visual frameworks.
Requirements
- Champion Talkdesk's brand and translate it into compelling high-end visual deliverables applied for the web, digital touchpoints and campaigns.
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI initiatives from research to high-fidelity design, and optimization.
- Create and evolve design systems and visual frameworks, enabling team members within and outside the team in its application.
- Design high-fidelity mockups with attention to typography, color, iconography, and motion.
- Create motion concepts to illustrate ideas & interaction principles.
- Present design solutions confidently to stakeholders, facilitating discussions and building trusting relationships.
