Job Description
Talkiatry is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst to support the financial health of the organization. This role involves analyzing and optimizing revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, and compliance. The Analyst will work closely with leadership to improve efficiency and accuracy in revenue capture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, billing software, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
