Job Description
The Floor Technician will clean and maintain floors, carpets, and hard surfaces in facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities, or other establishments. The job involves buffing, polishing, and stripping floors, as well as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office space.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years prior health care or hospitality industry experience
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
