Physician Paractice Representative

As the first point of contact with patients, the Physician Practice Representative will be responsible for front office reception, appointment scheduling, follow-up, data entry, billing, copying or scanning and supply monitoring and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year of job-related experience with direct customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of medical terminology
