Requirements

• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
• Oversee case managers, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Deliver training lectures for new therapists, focusing on ABA methodologies, protocols, and ethical practices.
• Conduct bi-weekly or monthly parent meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
• Provide monthly supervision for a caseload of 25-30 clients, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
