Tamara, a leading BNPL platform in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Credit Operations Executive to join their Risk Team. This role focuses on handling internal and external escalations, supporting investigations, collaborating with Credit Policy Managers, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Handle and resolve internal and external escalations.
- Support Risk Team in analyzing credit data and improving approval rates.
- Collaborate with Credit Policy Managers to refine credit policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Conduct investigations and analyze data.
