Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Tandem Health, you will shape the product vision and guide the team in developing healthcare technology that makes a real impact on healthcare across Europe. You will work closely with the founders, product, and engineering teams to drive decision-making, prioritization, and delivery. This is a high-impact role that requires technical fluency, strong communication and leadership skills, and a bias toward clarity, action, and momentum.
Requirements
- Proven track record of working in high-performance product organizations
- Deep experience leading product development end-to-end
- Enough technical fluency to earn the respect of engineers and effectively collaborate on complex systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A bias toward clarity, action, and momentum
- Curiosity and a builder's mindset
- Genuine excitement for shaping products that have a direct, lasting impact on healthcare across Europe
- Comfortable working close to code
- Experience managing or mentoring others
- Bias toward design and software engineering skills
