Requirements

• A track record of leading technical projects end-to-end in a fast-moving product environment.
• Deep experience building and deploying scalable backend systems.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• A strong product mindset - you care about impact, not just code.
• A bias toward ownership, proactivity, and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence engineering and product decisions.
