Tandem is seeking a Talent Lead to own the strategy and execution of hiring across various functions, with a focus on building a high-quality, high-velocity hiring engine. The role requires a strong recruiting background, analytical skills, and the ability to partner with executives on hiring plans and org design.
Requirements
- 6–12 years in recruiting, talent strategy, or operations, ideally at a high-growth startup or in a top-tier hiring org
- Proven ability to build or scale fast, effective hiring engines across functions and levels
- Strong analytical and systems thinking — you treat recruiting as a pipeline and understand funnel math, resourcing, and hiring velocity
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with exceptional ability to pitch top-tier candidates and quality taste for language in JDs and other external material
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- High NPS with your former teammates
