TAP is seeking a Senior FPGA/ASIC Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and 14+ years of experience. They will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating vendor FPGA assurance tools and making sure they function as advertised.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or related technical field)
- 14+ Years of Experience
- In-depth knowledge of the development lifecycle of FPGA-based systems.
- Knowledge of FPGA design tools, including various Place and Route (P&R) tools and libraries
- Ability to research, assess and report on targeted advanced microelectronic technologies, to include FPGAs, Embedded FPGAs, and/or ASICs
- Ability to analyze and develop system requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures.
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies.
- Ability to research microelectronic industry technology advances and trends, prepare and report findings, and make recommendations to Government decision makers.
