Job Description
TAP is seeking a Senior SMT Process Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SMT process tools and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
- 7+ years of experience with electronics manufacturing
- Experience monitoring product performance, quality, and delivery metrics
- Familiarity with SMT process tools including but not limited to: Solder paste selection and application, Pick-and-place, Reflow, Inspection (AOI and manual)
- Experience generating manufacturing work instructions and travelers
- Technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
