Game Producer

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Game Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee game development processes, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality gaming experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Producer or Game Designer within the gaming industry
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, project management, computer science, or a related field preferred
• Experience managing live-service game projects highly preferred
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Excel
• Ability to scale production processes effectively for varying team sizes and project scopes
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external teams
• Deep understanding of game development processes, including pre-production, production, and live operations
• Proven ability to solicit and integrate team feedback for continuous improvement
