Assistant Store Manager I

Tapestry, Inc., the parent company of the Coach brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager I. The role is focused on driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring store standards are met. The Assistant Manager will report to the Store Manager and serves as a key player in the retail environment. It is a fast-paced, performance-oriented position.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Experience using retail systems
• Ability to drive fast pace
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated results orientation
