Lead Supervisor I

Tapestry, Inc., a global fashion house, is seeking a Lead Supervisor I to be part of its store’s sales and operational teams. The role requires a strong sales and customer focus, operational skills, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary performance with both the company and the store, serving as a 'utility' player and representing the brand at all times.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales, etc.) preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and communicate effectively.
