Food Service Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of hourly team members in the Food & Beverage department, including guest service, food safety, and inventory management. The role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18 or older
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable
• Effective communication skills
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
