Job Description
Manage customer projects, provide training, and develop strong relationships with clients. Uncover and analyze system requirements, advise customers on solution features, and configure new customer instances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology
- One or more years of experience implementing business software in a consultative role
- Two or more years of software application implementation experience in a consultative role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Working knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies
- Experience in the Workforce Management domain (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) (desired)
