3rd Shift Tufting Production Team Lead - (Commercial)

Assist the Production Department in daily execution of operations with respect to Safety, Customer Service, Cost, and People. Responsible for production, training, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; college degree a plus
• Spanish/English Bilingual a must
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Thorough knowledge of all machines and support equipment
• Capacity to analyze data & ability to problem solve
• Ability & Willingness to work independently with little supervision
• Capable of executing system requirements within SAP
• Capacity to effectively communicate vertically & horizontally w/ multiple departments
• Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs
