Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead Maintenance Engineering to lead a team of maintenance engineers, project engineers, and a technical buyer. The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities, technical knowledge, and experience in a technical role within an industrial production environment.
Requirements
- Completed HBO degree in technology
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role within an industrial production environment
- Leadership qualities and experience with project management
- Knowledge of SAP PM, Microsoft Project, and preferably familiar with WCM tools
- A strong analytical and organizational ability, combined with a healthy dose of stress resistance
