Tarro is a company that builds products to empower small brick and mortar restaurants by providing a frictionless connection between them and their customers. We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives in our Malaysia office.

Requirements

• History of successfully leading sales teams or SDRs
• Compassionate leadership style with a people-first approach
• Highly process- and data-driven with a talent for refining talk tracks and ensuring KPIs are met
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments
