Job Description
The Facility Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects and monitoring to ensure energy savings. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to oversee equipment maintenance and facility operations. They also support facilities engineering, conduct inspections, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Ensure projects are properly monitored and meet targets.
- Support planning, implementation, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise maintenance schedule and follow up for execution.
- Ensure smooth handover and transition to O&M phases.
- Provide support for installation, repair, maintenance and alteration of equipment.
- Ensure operations are efficient, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions.
- Maintain effective communication with various parties.
