Requirements
- Analyzing information and recommending HR solutions
- Identifying problems and evaluating solutions to enhance manager and employee performance and experience
- Managing and executing special projects
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements
- Delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for all new hires
- Processing and filing new hire documentation
- Administering the Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Addressing employee relations matters, concerns, and disciplinary or performance issues
- Updating and revising employment policies and procedures
