As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to internal customers and ensure quality service in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of minimum experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course
- Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good time and project management skill
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
