TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, design and expand training and development programs, and ensure that statutory training requirements are met.

Requirements

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
• Monitor and review trainees' progress
• Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
• Ensure adherence to the company's Code of Conduct
