TaskUs is seeking a Sales Analyst Lead to support the development of sales and operations strategy, optimize sales and operational efficiency, and manage multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant position, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position
- Direct or indirect management experience
- Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality communication
- Data-driven person who can build spreadsheets and dashboards using Salesforce and financial data
- Excel and data management skills, including pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop reporting out of Salesforce and Pardot
- Technology-savvy in contact center, customer service, or analytics technology
- Self-motivated and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good decision-making skills, organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of sales and account management process, using computers and Google Suite, and strong familiarity with metrics
