Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day planning and operations of a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience, excellent communication skills, and technical know-how. They will be responsible for managing team performance, creating reports, and developing team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience managing at least 10 + teammates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average technical know-how
- Previous experience working on phone, email, and live chat customer support roles
- Familiarity with E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or other CRM tools
- Flexibility to work different shifts
